It is agreed that A&K Rentals will pay the utilities indicated above on___________________ ___________________________________,during the lease period as set in the lease. However, if the average utilities during any three month period exceeds _________________, the tenant agrees to pay the difference.
In addition, failure to pay rent of any protion of rent will result in the disconnection of utilities that A&K Rentals pays.
